History

Geography
Hangzhou is located in the southern wing of China's Yangtze River Delta, the western end of Hangzhou Bay, the lower reaches of the Qiantang River, and the southern end of the Beijing-Hang-zhou Grand Canal, making it an important central city in the Yangtze River Delta and a transportation hub in southeastern China. Hangzhou is 200 km away from Shanghai Pudong international airport (PVG).
